Sketch Frenzy Friday 10/17/14

Hello to all my blogging friends, I hope this post finds you all well and happy!

Yep, it's that time again to see another great from Sketch Frenzy Friday's Sketch challenge!
This weeks sketch was created by one of our new designers and my friend Terri Tank! Great job Terri you did good!

Here is her sketch.

This is what I came up with.

A total stretch of my imagination that's for sure! I don't know why I saw this card in my head, but it was there once I saw the sketch.  I couldn't wait to try and create it. For the three rectangles I chose to create Tomb Stones. Jeff and I had so much fun creating the epitaphs we were cracking up about Ned, Fred and Ted.

I used Chalk Talk Dies to create the tomb stones they worked perfectly! Smokey Slate and Basic Grey cs and a little Smokey Slate was sponged over them. The large ghost and the pumpkin were created with the Fun Fall Framelits Dies with Silver Glimmer Paper. The small ghost was created with the Owl Builder and Silver Glimmer Paper. I just trimmed off the owls feet and turned him upside down to make a ghost. The grass was made with Pear Pizzazz. The background stars were made with my trusty White Gel Pen (I love that thing!) and Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz. All of the faces were hand cut out of Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight and Tangello Twist cs. I made the little bow out of White Bakers Twine and Tangello Twist ink. It's a messy process but you get custom color bows that way.

I hope you like my little grave yard scene and give Terries super creative sketch a try,. We would love to see it just upload it to our blog here. http://www.sketchfrenzyfriday.blogspot.com/

Patrice
